Alter-Nativ was created in 2007 by Laurent David and Peurduloup in Paris out of a need musicians had to channel projects that would not fit the format of the scene at that time. Coming from various musical backgrounds they all shared an un-compromised approach to improvisation.
It is still to this day a unique playground for outstanding musicianship and creativity.
